RESOLUTION NO. 118-89
A.RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING'THE AWARD'OF BID 4189-
51 FORTHE PURCHASEIOF ONE4(1) TRACTOR FOR THE
SOLID WASTE MANAGMENT DIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD; OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract with Daughterty
Equipment of Lincoln, Arkansas for purchase of a tractor in the
amount of $26,331.50. A copy of the contract authorized for
execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of November , 1989.
