A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF BID #89-
47 FOR ONE (1) COMPOST TURNER FOR THE SOLID
WASTE MANAGEMENT DIVISION.

BF.- IT FRESOLVED BY THE ,BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1.' That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and 'directed to execute a contract with Scruggs
Tennessess, at the cost of $31,694.00. A

Section 2. The Board of Directors approves the budget
adjustment for line item attached hereto marked Exhibit 1 and made
