A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF BID #89-
46 FOR ONE (1) TRUCK -MOUNTED HYDRAULIC BOOM -
CRANE FOR THE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract with Dealers Truck
and Equipment Company of North Little Rock, Arkansas for the
purchase of one (1) truck -mounted hydraulic boom -crane in the
amount of $17,742.40. A copy of the contract authorized for
execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of November , 1989.
