CLERK TO AWARD A SALES AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE
AN AIR COMPRESSOR_IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,316.96
TO CHOCTAW EQUIPMENT.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF. DIRECTORS 'OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a sales agreement with Choctaw
Equipment.to. purchase an air compressor for -the City Shop in the
amount of $19,316.96. A copy of the sales agreement authorized
for execution\.hereby ,is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof. +
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of November , 1989.
