A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S
CONTRACT WITH DON MITCHELL, INC. FOR THE MUD
CREEK WATER LINE CROSSING PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a change order in the City's contract with Don
Mitchell, Inc. for the Mud Creek Water Line Crossing project to
extend the amount of linear feet of water line to be encased and
to increase the contract amount. A copy of the change order
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.

The following changes are hereby made to the Contract Documents:
Item #11, encasement of 16 -inch line, Front St., 65 linear feet, increase to
130 linear feet. This .16 -inch line was not encased when it was constructed.
Item #14, encasement of 8 -inch line, Highway 265 North of Old Wire Road, 20
linear feet, increase to 61 linear feet. This 8 -inch line was not encased
when constructed.
CHANGE TO CONTRACT PRICE
Original Contract Price:
