A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH McCLINTON-
ANCHOR FOR SNOW REMOVAL AT THE FAYETTEVILLE
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a contract with McClinton -Anchor for snow
removal at the Fayetteville Municipal Airport. A copy of the
contract authorized for execution hereby is attached marked
Exhibit "A".

McClinton -Anchor Company, a division of APAC-Arkansas, Inc., hereinafter called the Company, offers
to furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for the performance of the following described work in
connection with construction or improvements at DRAKE FIELD
which property is owned by THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE
DESCRIPTION OF WORK AND PRICE:

THE FOLLOWING HOURLY EQUIPMENT RATES, WHICH INCLUDE ALL
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND OPERATORS, WILL APPLY THROUGH WINTER
1987-88. DAILY CHARGE TICKETS WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE OWNER'S
REPRESENTATIVE LISTING THE EQUIPMENT USED AND THE NUMBER OF HOURS
WORKED AND WILL ALSO INCLUDE ANY ADDITIONAL MANPOWER LABOR. TO
EACH DAY'S OPERATION A FEE OF 20% WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL OF
EACH TICKET TO COVER ACCOUNTING AND OVERHEAD COSTS.

Unless a lump sum price is to be paid for the foregoing work and is clearly so stated it is understood and agreed that
the quantities referred to above are estimates only and that payment shall be made at the stated unit prices on the
actual quantities of work performed by the Company as determined upon completion of the work.
If the foregoing meets with your acceptance, kindly sign and return the attached copy of our proposal. Upon its
receipt it is understood theioregoing, including the terms and conditions set forth on the reverse side hereof, will
constitute the full and complete agreement between us.
This proposal expires thirty days from the date hereof, but may e accepted at any Iatedate at the sole option of the
