RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S
SLUDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CONTRACT TO CHANGE
THE COLOR OF THE ROOF FOR THE OPERATIONS
BUILDING AND CHEMICAL STORAGE BUILDING AT THE
SLUDGE TRANSFER FACILITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Change Order in the City's Sludge Management
System Contract to change the color of the roof for the Operations
Building and Chemical Storage Building at the sludge transfer
site. A copy of the change order authorized for execution hereby
is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

The following modifications to the contract are hereby ordered:
Substitute Varco-Pruden Egyptian White roof color for Patrician Bronze for the Operations
Building and Chemical Storage Building at the Sludge Transfer Facility per CMIR 4 B-33.
This contract modification constitutes full and mutual accord and satisfaction for all
time and all costs related to this change. By acceptance of this contract modification,
the contractor hereby agrees that the modification represents an equitable adjustment to
the contract, and further, agrees to•waive all right to file any further claims or changes
arising out of or as a result of this change, or the accumulation of executed Contract
Modifications on this Contract.
