A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S
CONTRACT WITH FAYETTE TREE AND TRENCH, INC.
FOR SEWER SYSTEM REHABILITATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a change order to the City's contract with
Fayette Tree and Trench, Inc. for sewer system rehabilitation. A
copy of the change order authorized for execution hereby is
attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and madea part hereof.

The following changes are hereby made to the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS:
Provide payment for additional work as itemized in Contractor's claim submitted
on June 9, 1987.
Justification: -
Rock excavation and other work items were required but the necessity for this
work was not evident in the Project Plans.
Change to CONTRACT PRICE:
Original CONTRACT PRICE S 422,907.71

Current CONTRACT PRICE adjusted by previous CHANGE ORDER S 528,574.5g
The CONTRACT PRICE due to this CHANCE ORDER will be (increased) eo as )(x

Change to CONTRACT TIME:
