RESOLUTION NO. 4. 57-87 .
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 20 IN
THE CITY'S WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT CON-
STRUCTION CONTRACT WITH OLSON CONSTRUCTION•
COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute Change Order No. 20 in the City's Wastewater
Treatment .Plant construction contract with Olson Construction
Company. A copy of the change order authorized for execution
hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 18th day of August , 1987.

The following modifications to the contract are hereby ordered:
Change wiring for RAS pump motors (CMIR 78 and CR 421) (Anoxic Basins)
Change aerator motor starter wiring (CMIR 77) (Oxic Basins) 325
Add solenoid valve wiring for RAS and DNR pumps (CMIR 79 and CR 422) (Site 882
electrical)
Add control wiring for exist W3 water pumps (CMIR 80 and CR 149) (Site electrical) 563
Add circuits for valve position indicators on Aerobic Digester DFS lines (CMIR 81 946 Phase II - $5,379
CR 292) (Site electrical)
Add torque switch leads on clarifiers (CMIR 82 and CR 490) (Site electrical) 931
Add control wiring between Aeration Basin MCC and pump field panels (CMIR 83 and CR 563
CR 491) (Site electrical)
Add section of 16" pipe and 2-45° bends for W3 field fit up (CMIR 85 and CR 509) 1,169
Total
$ 205 Phase I - $ 205
This contract modification constitutes full and mutual accord and satisfaction for all
time and all costs related to this change. By acceptance of this contract modification,
the contractor hereby agrees that the modification represents an equitable adjustment to
the contract, and further, agrees to waive all right to file any further claims or changes
arising out of or as a result of this change, or the accumulation of executed Contract
Modifications on this Contract.
