A RESOLUTION APPOINTING KEITH L.
WARD AND DONNA COMBS AS ASSESSORS
OF ASSESSMENT FOR WEDINGTON
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1.

ON THE BOARD
DRIVE SEWER

WHEREAS, the Board of Improvement of Wedington Drive Sewer
Improvement District No. 1 has formed plans and procured cost
estimates for the construction of sewer improvements in said
district; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Improvement has filed said plans and
cost estimates with the City of Fayetteville.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby appoints Keith L.
Lee Ward and Donna Combs as assessors to constitute the
Assessment for Wedington Drive Sewer Improvement District
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
