A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
RECORDS AND SUPPORT DOCUMENTS.,..„-'
BE IT'RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYEPTEV1LLE,
ARKANSAS:-
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby approves destruction
of the records and support documents listed in Exhibit "A" attachedhereto
and made a part hereof. -
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes and
directs the City Clerk to destroy said documents.
Section 3. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes and
directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the destruction affidavit
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof.
