A RESOLJJTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CITY'S "08"
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMIN-
ISTRATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute Amendment No. 2 to the City's "08" Grant Agreement with
the Federal Aviation Administration. A copy of the amendment authorized
for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof.

WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "FAA") has determined
it to be in the interest of the United States that the Grant Agreement between the FAA, acting for and on
behalf of the United States, and the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas (hereinafter -

That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the FAA on behalf of the
