A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A 30 FOOT WIDE UTILITY
EASEMENT ACROSS THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY LINE OF
TRACT 0 IN THE FAYETTEVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK TO
OZARKS ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE CORPORATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a 30 foot wide utility easement across the
northern boundary of Tract 0 in the Fayetteville Industrial Park
to Ozarks Electric Cooperative Corporation. A copy of the
easement authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned Grantor for the consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in
hand paid by Ozarks Electric Cooperative Corporation, the Grantee,
the receipt of whichis hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,
bargain, sell and convey to Ozarks Electric Cooperative Corpora-
tion, the following described perpetual easement for the purpose
of constructing and maintaining electrical utility lines and
appurtenances thereto, to -wit:
EASEMENT DESCRIPTION:
30' of equal and uniform width across the entire
northern .boundary of Tract 0 in the Fayetteville
Industrial Park as per plat of said Fayetteville
Industrial Park recorded in the office of the Circuit
Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of Washington County,
Arkansas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises to said Grantee, Ozarks
Electric Cooperative Corporation, for the uses and purposes
hereinbefore described.

municipal corporation, Grantor in the foregoing Easement and
stated that they had executed same for the consideration, uses and
purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
