RESOLUTION NO. 100-87 t
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO LBE, INC.
FOR 10' OF EQUAL AND UNIFORM WIDTH OFF THE
ENTIRE SOUTH SIDE OF LOTS 9 AND 10 OF BLOCK 10
OF PARKERS PLAT OF VALLEY VIEW ACRES, CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed to LBE, Inc. A copy of the
Quitclaim Deed authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas (Grantor), for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar (1.00), to it in hand paid
by LSE, INC. (Grantee), and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, assign, transfer and deliver
unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever all of its
right, title and interest in and to the following described real
estate situated in the City of Fayetteville, Washington County,
Arkansas, to wit:
Ten feet (10') of equal and uniform width off the entire
south side of Lots No. 9 and 10 of Block 10 of Parkers'
Plat of Valley View Acres, in addition to the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, as per plat of said addition on
file in the Office of Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio
Recorder of Washington County, Arkansas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee and unto its
successors and assigns forever.

EASEMENT
That LBE, INC., an Arkansas corporation, owner of.the
following described real property, in consideration of: Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of
which is acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, and
convey to the CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS,
grantee, the following easement:
Ten (10) feet of equal and uniform width off the South side
of Lots Numbered Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Numbered Ten
(10) in Parker's Plat of Valley View Acres, an Addition to
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as shown upon the
recorded plat thereof, on file in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of Washington County,
Arkansas.
