RESOLUTION NO. 84-86
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH McCLINTON-
ANCHOR FOR RE -CONSTRUCTION OF A PORTION OF
APPLEBY ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a contract with McClinton -Anchor for recon-
struction of a portion of Appleby Road at a total cost of
$82,185.60.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of August
