RESOLUTION NO. 82-86
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING TO THE FAYETTEVILLE
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION IN FISCAL
YEAR 1987 THE SUM OF $145,000 FROM SURPLUS MONIES
IN THE PLEDGED REVENUE FUND UNDER THE TRUST INDENTURE
FOR THE CONTINUING EDUCATION CENTER TOURISM REVENUE
BONDS TO ADVERTISE AND PROMOTE THE CITY OF FAYFTTE-
VIT.LF.
HE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TBE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby appropriates
in fiscal year 1987 to the Fayetteville Advertising and Promotion
Commission the sum of $145,000 from surplus monies in the Pledged
Revenue Fund under the Trust Indenture for the Continuing Education
Center Tourism Revenue Bonds to advertise and promote the City of
Fayetteville.
