A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CT.FRK
TO EXECUTE A TEMPORARY EASEMENT TO FAYETTEVILLE
CITY HOSPITAL FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING
PND MAI 7TAINING A CANOPY OVER THE HOSPITAL'S DRIVEWAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a temporary easement to Fayetteville City Hospital for
the purpose of constructing and maintaining a canopy over the hospital's
driveway. A copy of the temporary easement authorized for execution
hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Grantor, for the consider-
ation of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to it in hand paid by Fayetteville City Hospital, an Arkansas non-profit
corporation, Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to Fayetteville City Hospital
the follwing described temporary easement for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining a canopy over Grantee's driveway, to -wit:
Ten (10) feet of equal and uniform width off the entire
East side of the following described property: Block 37
of the original plat of the Town (now City) of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, as recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk
and Ex -Officio Recorder of Washington County, Arkansas.
To have and to hold said premises to said Grantee, Fayetteville
City Hospital, for the uses and purposes hereinbefore described until
such time as said premises shall be needed for street purposes.
