A. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 13 TO THE CITY'S CONTRACT
'WITH OLSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF THE NEW WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT TO RESOLVE
SIX (6) CONTRACT CHANGES RESULTING IN A NET CONTRACT
ADDITION OF $22,104.00.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THECITYOF FAYRITRtV11 IR,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and. City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute Change Order No. 13 in the City's contract with Olson Con-
struction Company for construction of the new Wastewater Treatment
Plant to resolve six (6) contract changes resulting in a net contract
addition of $22,104.00. A copy of the change order authorized for
execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 15th day of July , 1986.
