A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY C.FRK
TO EXECUTE A MODIFICATION OF THE CITY'S WATER
RATE STUDY CONTRACT WITH BLACK & VEATCH TO INCREASE
THE IOIAL CONTRACT PRICE TO $45,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE BOARD OF DIRECI'ORS OF THE CITY OF FAYElTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a modification to the City's water rate study contract
with Black & Veatch to increase the total contract price to $45,000.00.
