RESOLUTIQV NO. 69-R6
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS
TO CONDEMN AN EASEMENT ACROSS PROPERTY OWNED BY
DEWAR PROPERTIES OF VALDOSTA, GEORGIA, FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND MAINTAINING A PUBLIC
SEWER LINE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to institute
eminent domain proceedings for the purpose of condemning the easement
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof across
property owned by Dewar Properties of Valdosta, Georgia, for the purpose
of constructing and maintaining a public sewer line.

of A75.00 feet; thence S1 32'E, a distance of 182.00 feet; thence
N89 56'E, a distance of .220.16 feet to the West Right -of -Way line of
the 50 foot frontage road right-of-way adjoining U.S. Highway 71
