A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CTFRK
TO EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S AIRPORT
IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH APAC-ARKANSAS,
INC. d/b/a McCLINTON-ANCHOR COMPANY FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF AN. ACCESS ROAD EXTENSION ON THE EAST
SIDE OF THE AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYE TEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a change order in the City's Airport Improvement Construction
Contract with APAC-Arkansas, Inc. d/b/a McClinton -Anchor Company for
the construction of an access road extension on the east side of the
Airport at a total cost of $24,421.25. A copy of the change order
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.
