A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A CHAIN LINK FENCE, FOR THE RELOCATION OF TWO
GATES AND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TWO AUTOMATIC
GATES AT DRAKE FIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYEJTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a contract with the lowest bidder meeting all bid requirements
and specifications for Bid No. 678 for the installation of a chain
link fence, the relocation of two gates, and the installation of two
automatic gates at Drake Field provided the bid amount does not exceed
the appropriation for said work within the 1986 Airport Fund Budget.
