A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 60 DAY EXTENSION IN THE
CITY'S LANDFILL CONTRACT WITH SUNRAY OF SPRINGDALE,
INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby approves a 60 day extension
to the City's January 18, 1983 landfill contract with Sunray of Springdale,
Inc. in accordance with the present terms of said contract.
