DIRECIURS OF PUBLIC WORKS,
ISTRATIVE•SERVICES. •

THE APPOINTMENT OF THE
PUBLIC SAFETY ANDSADMIN-

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BDARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILIE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby confirms the
appointment of Deryl Birch as Director of Public Works, confirms the
appointment of Marty Coates as Director of Public Safety, and confirms
the appointment of Scott Linebaugh as Director of Administrative Services.
Section 2. That the aforesaid appointees shall serve a six
(6) month probationary period in accordance with the City's personnel
policy.
Section 3. That measurable goals and objectives for one year
be established between the City Manager and/or Acting City Manager
and the aforesaid Department Directors. Said goals shall be approved
by the Board of Directors. Progress toward achieving said goals shall
be reviewed in four (4) months and again in six (6) months by the
City Manager and reported to the Board of Directors.
