RESOLUTION NO. ,23-86
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERIC
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 11 IN THE CITY'S WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH OLSON
CONSTRUCTION CO., TO RESOLVE ELECTRICAL DESIGN
CHANGES.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayoi and City Clerk are hereby authorized and diiected
to execute Change Order No. 11 in the City's Wastewater Treatment
Plant construction contract with Olson Construction Co. to resolve
electrical design changes. A copy of the Change Order authorized
for execution is hereby attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 18th day of February, 1986.

This contract modification constitutes full and mutual accord and satisfaction
for all time and all costs related to this change. By acceptance of this contract
modification, the contractor hereby agrees that the modification represents an equitable
adjustment to the contract, and further, agrees to waive all right to file any further claims
or changes arising out of or as a result of this change, or the accumulation of executed
