A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING H. JAMES MURPHY AND SCOTT
C. LINEBAUGH TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO
EXPEDITE COMPLETION OF ALL PHASES OF IMPROVEMENTS
TO THE CITY'S POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE BOARD OF DIRECIDRS OF THE CITY OF FAYET'EVILIE,
ARKANSAS:
While the City Manager is on leave, H. James Murphy, Acting City
Manager, is hereby authorized to execute documents necessary to expedite
completion of all phases of improvements to the City's pollution control
facilities.
Also, in the absence of the City Manager (or Acting City Manager),
Scott C. Linebaugh, Director of Administrative Services, is hereby
authorized to execute documents necessary to expedite completion of
all phases of improvements to the City's pollution control facilities.
