A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CITY'S CONTRACT
WITH BOB FRANZMEIER AS PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR
THE NEW WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby approves a one year
extension to the City's contract with Bob Franzmeier as Project
Coordinator for the new Wastewater Treatment Plant and hereby
authorizes a salary, increase of 5%
