A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTEr
A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S CONTRACT WITH JERRY D. SWEETSER,
INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TOWNSHIP ROAD TO ADD FRENCH
DRAINS, TO PROVIDE FOR "HILLSIDE" SUBGRADE MATERIAL AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYEI•TEVILLE,
ARRAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a Change Order in the City's contract with Jerry D. Sweetser,
Inc. for the construction of Township Road to add french drains, to
provide for "hillside" subgrade material and for other purposes.
A copy of the Change Order authorized for execution hereby is attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
