A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AMENDMENT NO. 64 TO
THE ARKANSAS CONSTITUTION TO ENLARGE THE
JURISDICTION OF MUNICIPAL COURTS.
BE IT :RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby supports the adoption of
Amendment 64 to the Arkansas Constitution to enlarge the jurisdic-
tion of municipal courts.
