A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S 201 WASTEWATER
FACILITY PLAN TO INCLUDE A PILOT STUDY.
WHEREAS, the Arkansas Department of Pollution Control and Ecology
and the United States Environmental Protection Agency have determined
that a Pilot Study is required for the proposed wastewater management
system, and
WHEREAS, this determination was made by these Agencies after
the Facility Plan had been prepared by the Engineer and approved by
both agencies, and
WHEREAS, as a result, the Facility Plan does not include the
requirement for a Pilot Study and therefore needs to be amended to
include this effort..
THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE QTY
OF FAYEITZ VILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Facility Plan is hereby amended to include the Pilot
Study in accordancewith the attached Workplan. The budget for the
study is $475,000. This cost will not affect the user charge.
