A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
PERMANENT RECORDS AND SUPPORT DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETJ'VLLE,
ARKP1 AS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby approves destruction
of the permanent records and support documents listed in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
and directs the City Clerk to destroy said documents.
Section 3. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the destruction affidavit
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of August , 1985.

AFFIDAVIT
We, Paul Noland and Suzanne Kennedy, after being first duly sworn,
state:
1. That Paul Noland is the duly elected Mayor of the City of
Fayetteville and Suzanne Kennedy is the duly appointed City Clerk
of Fayetteville.
2. That the documents listed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof are being destroyed by the City Clerk as authorized
by the Fayettevil e 3oard of Direct rs by Resolution No. ell --Z5 ,
adopted on the 6,4n -day of 1985.

3. That the method of destroying said documents is shredding
or dumping in sanitary landfill.
