EASEMENT CONVEYING PROPERTY FOR A STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF ROUTH PARK AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF OLD WIRE ROAD AND HIGHWAY 265 NORTH. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAY TTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: ' That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute an Easement Deed and a Temporary Construction Easement conveying property for a street right-of-way along the north boundary of Routh Park at the southwest corner of Old Wire Road and Highway 265 North. Copies of the Easement Deed and Temporary Construction Easement authorized for execution hereby are attached hereto marked Exhibits "A" and "B" and made a part hereof.
