A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDEMNING A PERMANENT EASEMENT
ACROSS PROPERTY OWNED BY JERRY D. AND SHARON SWEEIbER
TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN AN EXTENSION OF TOWNSHIP
ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETIEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to institute
eminent domain proceedings to condemn a permanent easement across
property owned by Jerry D. and Sharon Sweetser to construct and maintain
an extension of Township Road. The legal description of the permanent
easement authorized for condemnation hereby is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

Property Description
A,part offthe East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section
2, Township 16 North, Range 30 West, described as beginning
at a point on the North boundary of said Section 2, which
point is South 88 degrees 51 minutes 27 seconds East 683.18
feet from the Northwest Corner of said East Half of the
Northwest Quarter, and said'point also being on the East <
boundary of Winwood Estates Subdivision;
Thence along the North boundary of said Section 2,
South 88 degrees 51 minutes 27 seconds East 354.75
feet to a point on the West Right -of -Way of
Primrose Lane;
Thence South 01 degree 08 minutes 33 seconds West
along said West Right -of -Way of Primrose Lane 61.62
feet;
Thence along a curve to the left with a radius of
30 feet an arc distance of 44.44 feet to a point
31.75 feet South of the North boundary of said
Section 2;
Thence North 83 degrees 44 minutes 24 seconds West
328.68 feet to a point on the East boundary of
Winwood Estate Subdivision;
Thence North 2.43 feet to the point of beginning.
