TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH McCLINTON-ANCHOR FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF PEAR, BIRCH, EASY, VELDA COURT,
OAK ROAD AND RUTLEDGE STRERIb.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE QTY OF FAYET EVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a contract with McClinton -Anchor for the construction Pear,
Birch, Easy, Velda Court, Oak Road and Rutledge Streets at a total
contract price of $67,576.65. A copy of .the contract authorized for
execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a
rt hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 18th day of June , 1985.

hereinafter called "Contractor."
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the payments and agreements hereinafter mentioned. to be
made and performed by the OWNER. the CONTRACTOR hereby agrees with the OWNER to commence and complete
the construction described as follows: Street construction (Pear, Birch, Easy, Velda Court,
Oak Road and Rutledge)
Sixty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy -
hereinafter called the project, for the sum of Six and 65/ 100 Dollars
($67.576.65) and all extra work in connection therewith. under the terms as stated in the General and :penial Con-
ditions of the Contract: and at his (its or their) own proper cost and expense to furnish all the materials. supplies.
machines'. equipment. took. superintend nce. labor. insurance. and other accessories and services ncee an- to com-
plete the said project in accordance with the conditions and prices stated in the Proposal. the General Conditions. Sup-
plemental General Conditions and Special Conditions of the Contract. the plans, which include all maps. plat.. blue

and as enumerated in Paragraph I of the Supplemental Genera) Conditions. all of which are made a part hereof and col-
lectively evidence and constitute the contract.
The Contractor hereby agrees to commence work•under this contract on or before a date to lie "verified in a
written -Nutter to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the project within 45 conrreutin. r:drudar day.
