ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby approves a budget adjustment
in the amount of $52,056.00 for AccOunt No. 040-48850-054 in the Water
and Sewer Fund to appropriate funds for a sludge removal contract
with Northwest Arkansas Waste Management, Inc.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21 day of May , 1985.
