A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT
APROPOSALBY LINDSEY-KISOR POOLS FOR THE OONSTRUCTION
OF A WADING POOL AT wiLsoN PARK DDR $21,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECIORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
The the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to accept
a proposal by Lindsey -Kisor Pools for the construction of a wading
pool at Wilson Park for $21,000. A copy of the proposal authorized
for acceptance hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof....„.

All material Is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike
manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from specifications be-
low involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an
extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, acci-
dents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary
Insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workmen's Compensation Insurance.

•A gunite/concrete wading pool per plans and specifications by Richard Naylor,
consultant for he City o Fayetteville on the Wilso ark Pool Project
Contract price to include excavation, pool structure, pool plumbing, filter
and chemical treating eqeipment, chain P.mk tenting, electrical connections,
connection to fresh water, etc.
Contract price does not include city permit (furnished by city). Owner
to furnish all water and electrical as required to facilitate construction
of the project and provide adequate access to site.
Anyplace of "Inwood - The above prices, specifications
and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized
to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
