A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK'
TO EXECUTE A BILL OF SALE TO DARREL MEREDITH AND

BULAH MEREDITH FOR THE DWELLING, GARAGE AND BARN
LOCATED UN THE MEREDITH PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE AS A SLUDGE DISPOSAL SITE.
FE TT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECPORS OF WE CITY OF FAYE IEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a bill of sale to Darrel Meredith and Bulah Meredith for
the dwelling, garage, and barn located on the Meredith property acquired
by the City as a sludge disposal site. A copy of the bill of sale
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.

BILL OF SALE
This BILL OF SALE executed this day of
1985, by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, hereinafter called the
"City", with Darrel Meredith and Bulah Meredith, hereinafter called
the "Purchasers".
IN CONSIDERATION of $1,500 receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the City hereby sells to the Purchasers the dwelling, garage, and
barn located on the following described property:
The Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter
(NW 1/4) of Section Nine (9); the West Half (W 1/2) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Four (4), Less and
Except Two (2) acres lying East of the River in the Northeast
corner of said eighty acre tract, and the East Half (E 1/2)
of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Four (4), all
in Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Twenty Nine (29) West,
containing One Hundred Ninety Eight (198) acres, more or
less.
Purchasers are hereby authorized to remove the aforesaid structures
from the above described property. As a conditiot of this sale, Purchasers
shall be required to remove all debris and to remove all foundations
to ground level.
