A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A BILL OF SALE TO DARREL MEREDITH AND'
BULAN MEREDITH FDR THE DWELLING, GARAGE AND BARN
LOCATED ON THE MEREDITH PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE AS A SLUDGE DISPOSAL SITE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ME CITY OF FAYEITEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a bill of sale to Darrel Meredith and Bulah Meredith for
the dwelling, garage, and barn located on the Meredith property acquired
by the City as a sludge disposal site. A copy of the bill of sale
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto narked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.
