A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF UP
TO 30% OF THE AMOUNTS IN THE 1984 WATER AND SEWER
BUDGETS UNTIL THE 1985 VERSIONS HAVE BEEN APPROVED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE QTY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes the expenditure
of up to 30% of the amounts in the 1984 Water and Sewer budgets until
the 1985 versions have been approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26d day of April , 1985.
