A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO FULLBRIGHT INVESTMENT
COMPANY FOR THE "WOOLWORTH BUILDING" PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECIOPS OF TBE CITY OF FAYETFEVILLE,

ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a QuitClaim Deed to Fullbright Investment Company for the
"Woolworth Building" property. A copy of the QuitClaim Deed authorized
for execution hereby, is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof.

QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by its duly authorized
officers, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (1.00),
to it in hand paid by Fulbright Investment Company (the "Company"),
and other good and valuable consideration,.the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
convey, assign, transfer and deliver unto the Company, itssuccessors
and assigns forever all of its right, title and interest in and to
the real estate and premises situated in the City of Fayetteville,
Washington County, Arkansas, with all improvements located thereon,
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO BOLD the same unto the Company and unto its successors
and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS idEREOF, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas has caused
this Quitclaim Deed to be signed in its name and behalf by its Mayor
and its corporate seal to be iereunto affixed and attested by its
City Clerk all as of this /Q$ day of YYI�� 1985.

be the Mayor and City Clerk, respectively, of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, a municipal corporation, Grantor in the foregoing Quitclaim
Deed, and stated that they had executed same on behalf of said Grantor
for the consideration and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), in
Block Thirty-one (31), as designated upon the plat of the Original
Town (now City), of Fayetteville, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at an "X" in concrete
which marks the northeast corner of Block Thirty-one (31), in the
Original Town (now City), of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and running
thence West along the South right-of-way boundary line of Mountain
Street a distance of 91.2 feet to an "X" in concrete, which "X"
is located 3.6 feet North of the corner of an existing building
known as the City Administration Building; thence South 143.2
feet to the southeast corner of the City Administration Building;
thence West 1.1 feet to the West exterior wall of Grantee's
building; thence South 30.2 feet to the southwest corner of
existing stairs; thence East 2.3 feet, thence South 11.8 feet to
a point 30.8 feet North and 65 feet East rof the southwest corner
of Lot 4; thence East 90 feet to the East line of .Lot 4; thence
North 185.2 feet to the point of beginning, and including that
portion of public property upon which a part of the East Wall of
the building located upon the above described premises is situated
pursuant to the terms of Resolution 4-60 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on March 14, 1960,
and appearing recorded in Deed Record Book 535, at Page 21, in
the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of Washington
County, Arkansas. -
