Re: Drainage Study, Northwest Area of Fayetteville.
Dear Mr. Wimberly:
This letter is to confirm the action of the City Board of Directors of
March 5, 1985, in which they awarded to your firm, the contract for
performing a detailed drainage study for the area bounded on the north
by Deane Street, on the west by Porter Road, on the east by Garland Avenue
and on the south, by Holly Street, Lawson Street and Mount Comfort Road.
Since the contract was awarded for all three of these sub -areas, your
10% reduction in fee will be recognized which brings the total fee to
$10,800.
Your letter of February 7, 1985 outlining your proposed work and this
letter of acceptance will constitute our contract for this work. It
is our expectation that this report will be very similar to the one
submitted by your firm in August, 1982.
We look forward to working with you on this project. Please feel free'
to contact me if I may be of assistance to you.
Sincerely yours,
Donald L. Grimes
