A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOAN TO THE NORTHWEST
ARKANSAS; RESOURCE RECOVERY AUTHORITY.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD:'OF DIRECTORS OF, THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: - %
That the Board of Directors hereby approves a loan from the
Sanitation Fund to the Northwest Arkansas Resource Recovery
Authority in an amount equivalent to the costs incurred by the
Authority in issuing $22,405,000 in revenue bonds, said amount to
be pledged towards principal and interest on said bonds.
