RESOLUTION NO. 131-85
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRPICIVE
SERVICES TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO EXPEDITE
COMPLETION OF ALL PHASES OF IMPROVEMENTS TO THE
CITY'S POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TBE CITY OF FAYEITEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
In the absence of the City Manager, the Director of Administrative
Services is hereby authorized to execute documents necessary to expedite
completion of all phases of improvements to the City's Pollution Control
Facilities.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of December , 1985.
