A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE DESIRE OF THE FAYF TEVILLE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE CITY NOT TO PARTICIPATE
IN THE ARKANSAS PUBLIC EMPLOYEES BLANKET BOND
PROGRAM UNDER ACT NO. 5 OF 1985.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE QTY OF FAYETTEVIL E,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby expresses the
City's desire not to participate in the Arkansas Public Employees
Blanket Bond Program under Act No. 5 of 1985.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to immediately
furnish a certified copy of this resolution to the State Risk Manager.
PASSED AND APPROVED this �7 day of 1985.
