A RESOLUTION OF INTENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, EXPRESSING
APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED WOOLWORTH BUILDING RENOVATION
PROJECT, TO BE FINANCED BY ISSUANCE OF BONDS THROUGH
THE CENTRAL BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATION
IN CONNECTION WITH SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE QTY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Woolworth Building Renovation project
to be financed by issuance of Bonds through the Central Business Improve-
ment District in an amount not to exceed $2,250,000.00, is hereby
approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a Certificate of Elected Representative, upon adoption by the Commissioners
of Central Business Improvement District No. 1 of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, of such resolution or resolutions as may be necessary to
authorize issuance of the bonds.
