A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER AS AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVE FOR STEP 3 CONSTRUCTION GRANTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville deems it necessary and proper
to apply for Federal grant assistance under the Federal Water Pollution
Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500, and the rules and
regulations pursuant thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYRTTEV TLLE, ARKANSAS:
That Donald L. Grimes, as the Signatory Agent of the Applicant,
or the successor of said Agent, is hereby authorized and directed
to make application for grant assistance under Public Law 92-500 and
the rules and regulations pursuant thereto, spebifically 40 CFR 30.315-1
(1975); and to sign the acceptance of the grant assistance, when made,
and any other documents required to complete the project, on .behalf
of the above-named applicant.
