RESOLUTION NO. 111-85
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MCCLELLAND CONSULTING
ENGINEERS, INC., TO EXTEND LABORATORY TESTING
SERVICES FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT PILOT
STUDY THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1985.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYEflE.'VILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc., is hereby authorized
to extend laboratory testing services for the Wastewater Treatment
Plant Pilot Study through December 31, 1985, at a fee not to exceed
$10,000.00 in accordance with the proposal attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

Dear Mr!j Franzmeier:
As per your request, we hereby propose to extend the laboratory testing
services for the wastewater treatment plant pilot study from September 24th
throughp)ecember.3lst, for a fee of $8,965.50. The parameters and
frequency of testing shown herein is in accordance with that presented in
Steve Gelman's letter of September 25th. The unit prices are the same as
those included in our original contract. As I mentioned, if tests in
addition to the numbers shown are requested, we would charge in accordance
with those unit prices. Also if you wish that we send a courier to pick up
the samples each day, we will do this for an additional cost of $8.00 per
day. The following tabulation is the basis for the amount presented.
