A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR
TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO EXPEDITE COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY'S POLLUTION CONTROL
FACILITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYEITEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
In the absence of the City Manager, the Finance Director is hereby
authorized' to execute documents necessary to expedite completion of
improvements to the City's Pollution Control Facilities.
