A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR
COMMERCIAL AERONAUTICAL ACTIVITIES AT DRAKE FIELD
TO PRESCRIBE MINIMUM SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR
FIXED BASE OPERATORS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities
at Drake Field adopted by Resolution No. 2581 are hereby amended by
adding §VII(A) to read as follows:
§VII(A)
MINIMUM SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR FIXED BASE °FERATOIE
Any finked base .operator at 'Drake Field `shall perform
the services and meet the requirements prescribed by the
following paragraphs in EVIL:
A. Fuel and oil sales;'
B. Aircraft charter and taxi service,
C. Aircraft engine, airframe and accessory sales and mainte-
nance;
D. Aircraft rental and sales; and
E. Flight training.
No person other than a fixed base operator shall be
authorized to sell aviation fuel and oil to the general
aviation public at the Airport.
