A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF REINFORCEMENTS TO
A SEWER OUTFALL LINE LOCATED SOUTH OF ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 45 EAST
ON FOXHUNTER ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the construction of reinforcements to the existing sewer outfall line
located'an the south side of Highway 45 East on Foxhunter Road.
Section 2. To finance construction of the aforesaid reinforce rents
the Water and Sewer Fund budget is hereby adjusted by increasing Capital
Sewer Lines Account No. 040 -48795 -054 -in the -amount of $21,000.00.
